I am writing to offer some suggestions on improving students’ physical condition on campus.
Many students sit for long hours and lack regular exercise. I recommend adding more PE classes and making them more varied, such as swimming and ball games. The university could also upgrade sports facilities, extend gym opening hours, and organize weekly sports events or morning runs. A simple health check each term would help students monitor their fitness.
These measures would greatly benefit students’ health and academic performance. I hope you will consider them.

The drawing vividly depicts two scenes of “walking hand in hand.” In the first, in the past, a young mother holds her little daughter’s hand while they walk, full of care and trust. In the second, now, the grown daughter gently supports her aging mother, who leans on her for balance. The roles have been reversed, yet the same tenderness remains.
The intended meaning is that raising children and caring for parents are two sides of one responsibility. Parents give love in the past; in return, children give care in the present. Filial piety is not a slogan, but daily care: helping an elderly parent walk, preparing meals, listening patiently, and accompanying them to appointments.
In an aging society, families should shoulder this responsibility with warmth, while social elderly-care services provide necessary support. Neither families alone nor institutions alone can fully meet the elderly’s needs. Busyness should not become an excuse for absence.
