Do not sign your own name at the end of the notice. Use “Postgraduates’ Association” instead. (10 points)

Volunteers Wanted
The Postgraduates’ Association is recruiting volunteers for an international conference on globalization to be held on campus next month. Applicants should be currently enrolled postgraduates with a good command of English, especially listening and speaking. Previous volunteer experience or knowledge of international affairs will be an advantage. Duties include reception, interpretation and logistic support.
Please send your resume and a recent photo to pga@xxx.edu.cn by May 15. We look forward to your participation.

The drawing depicts a boiling hot pot in which a variety of Chinese and Western cultural symbols, such as Buddhism, Confucianism, Peking Opera, Shakespeare and Einstein, are simmering together. A caption beside it reads: “Cultural ‘hot pot’ is both delicious and nutritious.” The image vividly portrays culture as a shared feast.
The intended meaning is that cultural integration enables different civilizations to complement and nourish one another, rather than replace each other. Just as a hot pot gains its rich flavor from the harmonious blend of diverse ingredients, human society becomes more vibrant when ideas, arts and values are integrated with openness and respect. No single tradition can monopolize the pot; each contributes its unique taste to the common dish.
Therefore, we should absorb foreign cultures with an open mind while safeguarding the roots of our own. Only by blending the best of different traditions can we be nourished by culture and build a more inclusive, harmonious and sustainable world.解析图画作文按「描述—寓意—评论」三段写满 160–200 词。首段用现在时描述：一只滚沸的火锅里煮着佛、儒、礼、仁、京剧、莎士比亚、爱因斯坦等中外文化符号，旁注「文化『火锅』，既美味又营养」。中段点明寓意：文化交融让不同文明互补共生，而不是谁取代谁。末段落到态度：以开放心态吸收外来文化，同时守住自身根脉。避免逐样罗列食材，用 blend / integrate / be nourished by 收束。
