   解析邮件须用正式学术语气：称呼Dear Professor Smith，落款Yours sincerely后另起一行写Li Ming，切勿写地址或真实姓名。正文必须覆盖两点：先致歉并说明无法如期拜访的具体原因（如突发家事、行程冲突，一两句即可，勿编造冗长故事），再提出改期方案（面谈或视频、大致时段并征求对方方便时间）。易漏点包括只道歉不改约、语气过口语、忘记感谢对方理解、字数明显不足或超过。结构可按致歉说明—改约请求—收尾致谢三段，开头直接点明cancel planned visit，避免套用无关模板。

   The bar chart illustrates the factors that consumers in a certain city focused on when selecting restaurants in 2017. Price ranked first, accounting for 36.3%, followed by service at 26.8%, distinctive features at 23.8%, environment at 8.4%, and others at 4.7%. Clearly, price and service mattered most, while environment carried the lowest weight. Value and experience outweigh appearance.
   
   This pattern reflects the return of rational consumption. Rather than being attracted by fancy decorations, consumers now attach more importance to cost-performance and the overall dining experience. In addition, word-of-mouth on social media amplifies the role of service, since positive or negative reviews can quickly affect customers' choices.
   
   Consequently, restaurant competition has shifted from competing on environment to competing on quality and service. This is especially true in an increasingly competitive market. To remain attractive, restaurants should keep prices reasonable, improve service, and develop memorable features, instead of relying on decoration alone.
