   Could you give me some advice on living there, such as the climate, local customs, and how we can share the apartment well? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

   解析应用文属私人邮件，称呼用Dear John，落款Yours sincerely加Li Ming，勿写地址与真实姓名。开篇一两句点明合租身份与写信目的：告知生活习惯并征求当地生活建议。习惯部分需具体可执行：作息、是否安静整洁、烟酒、是否在家做饭，语气礼貌克制，避免命令口吻。第二要点必须提问，可覆盖气候、习俗、公共区域如何分摊等，并致谢。易漏点是只写习惯不问建议、字数不足或写成正式公函。结尾用Looking forward to meeting you收束，全文约100词、分段清晰即可。

   The chart illustrates the changes in China’s urban and rural populations over a period of years. Urban residents have risen steadily and now constitute the majority, while the rural population has declined correspondingly, reflecting a clear process of urbanization.
   
   This shift is driven by rapid industrialization, the expansion of cities, and the search for better employment, education and healthcare. Millions of rural workers have migrated to urban areas, accelerating economic growth yet also creating challenges such as housing shortages, traffic congestion and pressure on public services. Meanwhile, some villages face aging populations and hollowed-out communities.
   
   In my view, balanced development is essential. The government should continue to promote urbanization while investing in rural infrastructure, vocational training and social security so that both urban and rural residents can share the fruits of progress. Only through coordinated policies can China achieve sustainable and inclusive growth.
