参考译文Kong Fu, a colloquial term for Chinese martial arts, has its origins in the need for self-defense, hunting activities, and the training of ancient Chinese soldiers. It is a form of traditional Chinese sport practiced by both young and old. Over time, it has evolved into a unique element of Chinese culture. As a national treasure of China, martial arts encompass hundreds of different styles, making it the most widely practiced form of martial arts in the world. Some styles imitate animal movements, while others are inspired by Chinese philosophical thoughts, myths, and legends.
