   As is vividly shown in the picture, elderly people and children are exercising on community paths and in sports courts, forming a lively “fitness circle” in their neighborhood. The bar chart on the right further reveals that the number of parks in a certain city increased from 406 three years ago to 532 the following year and 670 last year, indicating a steady expansion of public fitness spaces.
   
   The implied meaning is that the accessibility of facilities directly shapes people’s exercise habits. When parks, walking paths, and sports grounds are within a 15-minute fitness circle, citizens can easily turn their desire to exercise into actual action. In other words, convenient and nearby infrastructure makes healthy living more attainable for ordinary people, especially the elderly and children.
   
   Therefore, while building more facilities is important, continuous operation and maintenance should also be emphasized. Authorities and community managers should avoid leaving equipment idle or grounds neglected, and should regularly repair facilities, organize activities, and improve safety. Only in this way can public spaces truly serve residents’ daily fitness needs.
