答案与逐题解析
翻译(汉译英)
1请将上面的段落翻译成英文。
参考译文In the past, owning a private car was a luxury for most Chinese people. Nowadays, private cars are ubiquitous in China. Cars have become an indispensable part of people's lives; they not only drive to work and back but also often go on road trips. In some cities, the rapid growth of cars has led to increasingly severe issues of traffic congestion and insufficient parking spaces, forcing municipal governments to introduce new regulations to limit the number of cars on the road. Due to the worsening air pollution, more and more people are choosing to buy new energy vehicles, and the Chinese government has also taken some measures to support the development of new energy vehicles.
写作(六级)
1按题目要求完成作文(150–200 词)。
参考范文Trust forms the cornerstone of any successful business relationship. In the workplace, fostering trust between employers and employees is crucial for a harmonious and productive environment.
Trust enhances job satisfaction and loyalty. When employees trust their employers, they are more likely to feel valued and motivated, leading to increased productivity. For instance, an employer can explain how promotion decisions are made and keep promises about training opportunities. Employees who see fair treatment are then more willing to share ideas and report problems early. Managers also benefit because honest feedback helps them identify difficulties before they become serious obstacles. Moreover, trust can reduce turnover rates as employees are less likely to leave a company where they feel trusted and respected.
In conclusion, building trust between employers and employees is not just a nice-to-have; it's a must-have for any organization aiming for success. It can lead to increased productivity, reduced costs, and a more positive work culture.
