3When we travel down a well-known route, because we don’t have to concentrate much, time seems to flow more quickly.

主干主语：time；谓语：seems；表语：to flow more quickly

结构When引导时间状语从句，because引导原因状语从句，二者均修饰主句time seems...；主句用seem to do表示“似乎”；well-known为复合形容词作定语。

译文当我们行驶在一条熟路上时，因为不必太过集中注意力，时间似乎过得更快。
